United States
  • Free Economy Shipping with tracking number on orders over $100 and up, 5-8 business days.
  • $4.95 Flat Rate Economy Shipping with tracking number on orders $99 and below, 5-8 business days.
Worldwide 
  • Using our regular checkout for international orders, shipping is calculated.

  • Free Shipping on orders $200 and up.

Weather, customs and other factors may delay your order. Please contact us if your order takes more than a month to arrive. 

While we are happy to ship worldwide, please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs taxes and import duties upon arrival of the package in their country of destination. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Most of our in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days following the date of purchase. All other made-to-order / handmade pieces will ship in 2-5 business days following the date of purchase.

All orders placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our aim is for you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We will honor any eligible returns/exchanges initiated within 10 days after you received the product. Returned products must be accompanied by all original packaging and must be in unworn and undamaged condition. To initiate a product return/exchange, please contact us.

Piercing jewelry are FINAL SALE. No exchange or returns for hygienic reasons.

Please note that we will not bear the direct costs of returning a product unless the return/exchange is damaged or is of our fault.

Custom pieces, made for individual customers are non-returnable.

REPAIRS
We want you to feel good about purchasing your pieces with us.  

We offer free repair for 1 year on products purchased directly through our website or in any of our events. This warranty only covers manufacturing defect or workmanship and NOT wear & tear or neglect. Customer is responsible for shipping the item/s back to us.

After the warranty period, we will gladly repair pieces for a fee plus shipping.

Please note that we may not be able to repair older pieces if the required components for the repair are unavailable.
